All through our lives we ask ourselves where are we going? What is next? What steps do we take to protect our future? What is best for our future, and usually we act accordingly.
There comes a time when we realize that we have got older and we are not quite as smart physically as we used to be. The house we have lived in for so many years has got older and was becoming more expensive to maintain. You think to yourself “Is there a place where I can live comfortably in a genuinely friendly, secure environment where you can do as much or as little as you like and not care whether your former property needs new guttering or the pool has to be maintained or hedges trimmed or lawns mowed etc.?”
